Gâteau aux crêpes napolitaines

Cooking Tree vous propose une délicieuse recette de gâteau aux crêpes napolitain ( chocolat fraises vanille ) , et nous vous montrerons comment le préparer à partir de zéro.

J’ai fait un gâteau aux crêpes recouvert de crème en 3 saveurs ~
J’ai fait deux autres crèmes avec de la crème au fromage à la crème et de la poudre de fraise et de la poudre de cacao dans la base et j’ai utilisé un total de trois crèmes.

Les couleurs s’accordent bien et vous pouvez profiter de différentes saveurs.
J’ai fait environ 20 crêpes, mais j’en ai fait 6 pour un total de 18 crêpes ~

J’ai appliqué la crème sable à l’intérieur et je l’ai glacée pour faire un dégradé naturel.
Vous pouvez le couper plus proprement si vous le refroidissez au réfrigérateur.

Ingredients

  • 4 œufs50g de sucre1g de sel3g Extrait de vanille200 g de farine à gâteau500g de lait70g de beurre fondu non salé90g de crème épaisse20g de sucre110g de fromage à la crème80g de crème épaisse20g de sucre100 g de fromage frais4g de poudre de fraise80g de crème épaisse20g de sucre100 g de fromage frais10g de cacao en poudre

Instructions

  1. Ajouter le sucre, le sel et l'extrait de vanille à un œuf non froid et mélanger. Tamisez la farine molle, ajoutez 100 g de lait non refroidi et mélangez.
  2. Ajouter tout le lait restant, mélanger, ajouter le beurre non salé fondu, mélanger, passer au tamis, couvrir et laisser reposer 30 minutes au réfrigérateur.
  3. Versez la pâte dans le moule sur feu doux, étalez-la finement et enfournez. Lorsque les bulles montent, retournez et faites cuire encore un peu, puis laissez refroidir.
  4. Découpez les crêpes refroidies dans des moules de 15 cm.
  5. Ajoutez le sucre à la chantilly froide et fouettez-la. Lorsque les bulles commencent à monter, ajoutez le fromage à la crème froid, desserrez légèrement et fouettez pour obtenir une crème.
  6. Pour la crème de fraise, ajoutez le fromage frais, ajoutez la poudre de fraise et mélangez. Pour la crème au chocolat, ajoutez le fromage frais, tamisez le cacao en poudre et mélangez.
  7. Étalez de la crème au chocolat sur une crêpe, puis placez les autres crêpes dessus et répétez l'opération pour empiler 6 couches.
  8. Appliquez de la crème fraise et empilez 6 feuilles, appliquez de la crème blanche et empilez 6 feuilles, puis appliquez du chocolat, de la fraise et de la crème blanche sur le côté dans l'ordre et du glaçage pour faire un dégradé.
  9. Rangez le dessus et saupoudrez de sucre en poudre pour terminer.
