Gâteau Daquoise

Le Gâteau Daquoise est au menu dans Cooking Tree, et nous allons vous apprendre à réaliser cette délicieuse recette de toutes pièces !

J’ai fait une grosse dacquoise et je l’ai recouverte de crème pour faire un gâteau dacquoise aux tons pastel~

La crème au beurre mélangée à de la dacquoise moelleuse et sucrée et à la crème anglaise est délicieuse ~~^^

Je pense que la crème doit être fouettée avec du beurre pour lui donner un goût riche sans être grasse~~

Je l’ai fait cuire à basse température pour que la couleur rôtie de la dacquoise soit un peu plus vive~

Si vous ajoutez trop de pigment, la couleur deviendra plus foncée au fur et à mesure de la cuisson, je pense donc que vous devez rendre la couleur plus claire que vous ne le pensez. J’aime le fait que ce soit facile et simple à faire sans glaçage.

Je pense qu’il y a un sentiment mignon et mignon ~*^^*

Ingredients

  • 250 g de blanc d'œuf80g de sucre3g Extrait de vanille140 g de poudre d'amande140 g de sucre en poudre10g de farine à gâteau3 jaunes d'œufs60g de sucre20 g de fécule de maïs300 g de lait chaud1/8 de pâte de gousse de vanille150g de beurre doux

Instructions

  1. Fouettez le blanc d'oeuf et lorsqu'une grosse bulle apparaît, divisez le sucre et fouettez, puis ajoutez l'extrait de vanille et fouettez pour faire une meringue.
  2. Tamisez la poudre d'amandes, le sucre en poudre et la farine molle et divisez la pâte mélangée en 4 morceaux.
  3. Ajoutez du colorant alimentaire sur chaque pâte, mélangez, colorez et placez dans une poche à douille.
  4. Placer dans un plat à four en cercle, saupoudrer deux fois de sucre en poudre et enfourner dans un four préchauffé à 160 degrés pendant 16 à 17 minutes.
  5. Mélangez le jaune d'œuf, le sucre et la fécule de maïs, versez petit à petit le lait chaud pour mélanger, puis ajoutez la pâte de gousse de vanille et mélangez.
  6. Chauffer jusqu'à épaississement en remuant à feu doux, puis transférer dans un autre bol, couvrir d'un film alimentaire et laisser refroidir au réfrigérateur.
  7. Ajouter le beurre doux ramolli à température ambiante à la crème pâtissière refroidie et mélanger pour obtenir la crème.
  8. Répétez la feuille et la crème pour réaliser un gâteau.
