J’ai fait un quatre-quarts de la manière la plus basique ~
La farine, le beurre, l’œuf et le sucre sont tous fabriqués dans la même proportion, mais cela semble être un quatre-quarts lourd et épais ~

J’ai utilisé un grand moule et deux petits moules pour cuire ensemble, mais si vous ne faites qu’un petit moule, je pense que vous pouvez le faire en utilisant seulement 1/3 de la quantité de la recette~

Après le panoramique, pressez une fine ligne de beurre au milieu et faites-le cuire, le dessus semble bien se fissurer ~
Après la cuisson, refroidissez-le à température ambiante, scellez-le avec un film alimentaire et faites-le fermenter au réfrigérateur pendant une journée ou donc.

Ingredients

  • 300 g de beurre doux300g de sucre3g de sel6 œufs10g Extrait de vanille300 g de farine à gâteau6g de levure chimique80g de lait

Instructions

  1. Ramollir le beurre non salé, ajouter le sucre et le sel en 3 portions et bien fouetter jusqu'à ce qu'il soit blanc.
  2. Ajouter l'extrait de vanille dans un œuf non froid et décoller, puis l'ajouter petit à petit à la pâte et mélanger.
  3. Tamisez la farine molle et la levure chimique et mélangez, puis ajoutez le lait et mélangez jusqu'à consistance lisse.
  4. Mettre le beurre dans un moule, dégager les bulles d'air, façonner le dessus et le poêler, mettre un fin trait de beurre doux au milieu, et enfourner dans un four préchauffé à 165 degrés pendant 45 minutes (petit moule) / 60 minutes (grand moule).
  5. Démouler, laisser refroidir, envelopper dans du film plastique et laisser mûrir au réfrigérateur.
