Ingredients

  • 140g d'ail190g d'huile d'olivePiments rouges en poudrePersil (ou votre herbe préférée)
  • BaguetteTomate séchée au soleilPoudre de parmesanPoivre

Instructions

  1. Coupez le dessus de l'ail et préparez-le.
  2. Mettez l'ail dans une casserole et versez l'huile d'olive.
  3. Ajoutez du poivron rouge broyé et du persil (ou votre herbe préférée) et portez à ébullition à feu moyen.
  4. Lorsque la couleur de l'ail devient brune, réduisez le feu à doux et faites bouillir encore 15 minutes.
  5. Transférer dans un bol et étaler sur des baguettes ou du pain.
