J’ai réalisé un gâteau à la chantilly décoré de biscuits en forme de fleurs aux tons pastel ! Quand je mets des biscuits aux fleurs sur un gâteau nature, il devient brillant et joyeux, donc c’est mignon ~

Si vous mangez un cookie en mangeant un gâteau, c’est aussi amusant à manger car il est croustillant~^^

J’ai pu manger le gâteau plus moelleux et délicieusement en mettant de la purée de fraise à l’intérieur du gâteau.

Ingredients

  • 75g de beurre45g de sucre1/4t d'extrait de vanille20g d'oeuf150 g de farine à gâteauColorant alimentaire (blanc, rouge, bleu, jaune)3 Feuilles de génoise – 15 cmCrème fouettée (350g de crème fouettée + 35g de sucre)Sirop de sucrePurée de fraisesSaupoudrer

Instructions

  1. Faire ramollir le beurre, ajouter le sucre et mélanger, puis ajouter le jaune d'oeuf et l'extrait de vanille et mélanger.
  2. Tamisez la farine molle et mélangez jusqu'à ce qu'elle forme un morceau.
  3. Laissez un peu de pâte, divisez la pâte restante en 3 parties, ajoutez du colorant alimentaire et faites une pâte 3 couleurs.
  4. Abaisser la pâte et laisser reposer 30 minutes au réfrigérateur.
  5. Coupez la pâte avec un emporte-pièce, mettez-la sur le plat du four, enfournez dans un four préchauffé à 170 degrés pendant 12 minutes et laissez refroidir.
  6. Disposez une plaque à gâteau sur un plateau tournant, saupoudrez de sirop de sucre, puis de chantilly et de purée de fraises. Répétez encore une fois.
  7. Posez la dernière feuille de gâteau et appliquez de la chantilly partout.
  8. Collez les biscuits aux fleurs sur le côté du gâteau et décorez le dessus avec de la chantilly et des pépites.
