Gâteau velours rouge à la noix de coco

Dans Cooking Tree, nous servons un délicieux gâteau au velours rouge à la noix de coco et nous vous montrerons comment le préparer à partir de zéro.

J’ai fait un gâteau de velours rouge recouvert de blanc avec de la poudre de noix de coco~

Cette fois, la plaque est cuite un peu doucement, mais ce n’est pas intense, mais elle a un toucher subtil, donc je pense que ça se marie bien avec la poudre de coco moelleuse~^^

Ajouter du fromage à la crème pour faire de la crème la rend un peu moins grasse et lui donne un goût plus pur.

J’ai mis le reste de la feuille sur une passoire et je l’ai saupoudré dessus, et j’ai saupoudré un peu de pépites rouges et de sucre en poudre pour bien finir.

Il a une sensation simple et propre, donc je pense que cela donne une sensation soignée même lorsque les morceaux sont coupés ~*^^*

Ingredients

  • 170g d'oeuf120g de sucre10g de miel2g Extrait de vanille30g de beurre doux50g de lait110 g de farine à gâteau2g de cacao en poudre5g Farine de riz rouge (ou colorant alimentaire rouge)200 g de crème fouettée40g de sucre200 g de fromage frais froidPoudre de coco

Instructions

  1. Placez un bol d'œufs sur une casserole d'eau chaude, ajoutez le sucre, le miel et l'extrait de vanille et remuez jusqu'à ce que la température atteigne 40 degrés.
  2. Fouetter avec un batteur à main jusqu'à ce que de riches bulles de couleur ivoire se forment.
  3. Versez un peu de pâte dans le bol de beurre fondu et de lait (température 50-60 degrés), mélangez, ajoutez à la pâte principale, mélangez et enfournez dans un four préchauffé à 180 degrés pendant 35 minutes.
  4. Après refroidissement, coupez le dessus, coupez-le en 3 morceaux et découpez-le dans des moules de 15 cm.
  5. Fouettez la chantilly et le sucre, puis ajoutez le fromage frais froid et fouettez-le pour obtenir une crème.
  6. Posez une feuille sur le plateau tournant, appliquez de la crème et posez une autre feuille dessus. Répétez encore une fois.
  7. Appliquez la crème sur tout le dessus et les côtés et enduisez-la de poudre de noix de coco.
