J’ai fait un gâteau à la chantilly aux framboises décoré de jolies framboises~
Je pense que le but de ce gâteau est que les framboises sont retournées et décorées de confiture de framboise au centre~*^__^*

mettre de la confiture de framboise dans la crème à la place du sucre et la poncer à mi-cuisson pour qu’elle soit pleine de saveur et de goût de framboise.

Cette fois, j’ai utilisé 4 feuilles pour la rendre un peu plus haute, mais je pense que c’est bien car la section transversale a l’air délicieuse et donne une sensation de richesse~

Ingredients

  • 155g d'oeuf110g de sucre10 g de sirop de maïs2g Extrait de vanille100 g de farine à gâteau28g de beurre fondu non salé45g de lait
  • Crème fouettée à la framboise :
  • 400 g de crème fouettée80g de confiture de framboise
  • Confiture de framboiseSirop de sucre

Instructions

  1. Dans une casserole d'eau chaude, placez-y un bol d'œufs, de sucre, de sirop d'amidon et d'extrait de vanille, augmentez la température à 40 degrés tout en remuant, retirez-le de la casserole et fouettez-le avec un batteur à main jusqu'à ce qu'il soit riche en ivoire. des bulles colorées se forment.
  2. Tamisez la farine molle et mélangez, puis ajoutez un peu de pâte au beurre fondu et au lait (50-60 degrés) et mélangez.
  3. Mettez la pâte mélangée dans la pâte principale, mélangez, versez dans un plat à four de 15 cm, éliminez les bulles d'air et enfournez dans un four préchauffé à 170 degrés pendant environ 40 minutes. Après refroidissement, coupez le dessus et coupez-le en 4 morceaux.
  4. Posez une feuille sur une planche tournante, saupoudrez de sirop de sucre et de crème, mettez dessus de la confiture de framboise, aplatissez-la, et posez une autre feuille dessus. Répétez encore 2 fois.
  5. Lisser la crème sur le dessus et les côtés, presser la chantilly et décorer de framboises.
