Dans Cooking Tree, nous servons un délicieux pain au fromage et nous vous montrerons comment le préparer à partir de zéro.

J’ai fait un pain au fromage qui s’étire avec beaucoup de fromage mozzarella moelleux ~
J’aime le goût du fromage et du fromage car il a une saveur savoureuse en ajoutant de la crème fouettée à la pâte.

C’était vraiment délicieux de le voir déborder au four avec plein de fromage !
Quand il fait chaud, coupez-le aussitôt et mangez-le, c’est un morceau de pain qui plaît aux yeux et qui a bon goût en plus.

Je l’ai fait en le divisant en 8 morceaux, mais je pense que vous pouvez ajuster la taille à votre guise ~
Fromage râpé mélangé avec du cheddar et du persil saupoudré sur le dessus et grillé, donc ça avait l’air beaucoup plus appétissant.

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 250 g de farine à pain
  • 25g de sucre
  • 3g de sel
  • 5g Levure sèche
  • 1 oeuf
  • 100g de crème épaisse
  • 50g d'eau
  • 300 g de fromage Mozzarella
  • Fromage rapé
  • Flocons de persil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mettez la farine forte, le sucre, le sel et la levure sèche dans un pétrin, mélangez légèrement, ajoutez les œufs, la crème fraîche et l'eau et pétrissez pendant environ 15 minutes jusqu'à consistance lisse.
  2. Prenez une forme ronde, mettez-la dans un bol, couvrez-la d'un film alimentaire et laissez-la fermenter environ 1 heure pour doubler de volume.
  3. Égoutter le gaz et diviser la pâte en 8 morceaux. Couvrir d'un dongle, envelopper et laisser reposer environ 15 minutes.
  4. Étalez la pâte, ajoutez la mozzarella, enveloppez-la, formez une forme ronde, mettez-la sur le plat du four, couvrez-la d'un film alimentaire et faites-la fermenter pendant environ 20 minutes.
  5. Coupez légèrement le dessus de la pâte avec des ciseaux, saupoudrez de fromage râpé et de persil et faites cuire au four préchauffé à 180 degrés pendant 15 minutes.
